Lots of fun with Grandparents today! Your students sure enjoyed having their grandparents come to school. 🙂 The dice game was a big hit … I’ll add that for extra fun this week.
Read nightly – list books or chapters read on the reading /web log link below. Use the “Book Nook” and help your child draw or write about a favorite book.
This short week we reviewed and covered sections 1.5 and 1.6 in Everyday Math. Spend some time playing games ‘Match Up’ and ‘Spin A Number’ (1-10). Note: I have found the 2-player games work better. Visit IXL depending on your child’s eagerness do all or part of section C.8.
Set to download and print-reading log, book response, and 2 math papers.
On Thursday please return reading log, book nook, and counting activity in the red folder. Dice roll game is for extra fun with parents.
