Dear Families,

This Wednesday is picture retake day.   The original pictures need to be returned to be able to retake the pictures. Any students who were not here on Picture Day will be retaking the pictures on Wednesday.

Halloween tattoos are coming up.  Students will be able to purchase tattoos on October 31st.  Tattoos may be purchased for $1.00.  All monies earned will go to Adopt-a- Family.  Students may purchase as many tattoos as they like.  Two tattoos will be place on the back of students hands.  Anymore tattoos purchased will be send home at the end of the day.  Students may bring in money starting this week to pre order.

Math:  IXL section F.8 Estimate products and C.5 Round decimals.  Multiplication of whole numbers and decimals.  We will also review and practice the lattice method of multiplication.

Grammar:  Irregular plural nouns and possessive nouns.

Vocabulary: Unit 3

ELA:  We have started our Unit 2 books this week.

Science:  We will have our chapter 2 test on October 21st.

Social Studies:  We will be having our states test on October 22nd.  We will be analyzing the voyages of Vespucci, Balboa and Magellan.

Religion:  This Wednesday we will have our Living Rosary at 2pm in the church.  Please join us if your schedule allows.  We will be preparing for our unit 1 test next Tuesday on October 28th.
