Welcome to Sacred Heart School! We are so excited you have chosen our school for your child’s educational needs and spiritual growth.

Each family is obligated to raise $350 in profit through the school scrip program. The 2012-2013 scrip year began June 2nd and will close at the end of May 2013. Be sure to register your Vons shopper’s card in the eScrip program to earn contributions towards your obligation. Below this message you will find downloadable forms to register your Vons card, or change your current new registration to Sacred Heart School. Please contact the scrip office if you experience any difficulty registering the cards. Registering your store grocery cards is an excellent way to supplement your scrip purchases, but on the average accounts for less than 15% of your total obligation and there is a three month lag time between your purchase and contribution reporting. Please review the “eScrip Program Terms” link for more information on eligible purchases and contribution percentages.

Scrip (gift card) purchases are a terrific way to steadily whittle away that scrip obligation. The first Sunday of each month we have scrip sellers outside church from 8:15-11:45AM. Drop your scrip order off before Mass and it will be ready when you leave.

Hours of Operation:
Every School Morning 7:45-8:15
Every School Afternoon 2:30-3:00 (11:45-12:15 on Friday half days)

We are closed during part of the school day and when school is not in session. Orders may be placed via email or phone and left in the school office, or sent home with your student. Payment (cash or check) must be made before an order may be released.

During the summer, please email or leave a voicemail message to place a scrip order. You will be contacted within two business days regarding your order.
